Chapter 13: Glastonbury part 2:

George and Nico are brought to England by Harry in his new plane. For some reason there's an incredible storm over England and Glastonbury has been flooded. Harry "lands" his plane in the main street of Glastonbury and we are "welcomed" by the Colonel and Melissa. Harry, the Colonel and Melissa disappear into the pub.

George and Nico are in the street in front of the plane. Turn George and walk to the left side of the screen.

Then keep walking to the left across the street.

You will see the left end of the street and you will see that the street is blocked by a barrier. Walk further to the end of the street but not all the way to the barrier. Next to the last house on the right, the large gate is open and that gate is the entrance to the "courtyard" next to the house. Go through that open gate into this "courtyard.

George stops by the entrance to this "courtyard". You see a large hole, high up in the back wall of the "courtyard". The Camera now takes a bird's eye view of the "courtyard" and shows you the entire "courtyard" from above. George has to go through that hole, high in the back wall, but that hole is too high up. First, let's see what we see in this courtyard.

A: Moving the crates for the last time:

At the bottom center of your screen is a low wall. There are 8 Crates in this "courtyard". Against the facade of the house stand a High Table and a Low Table. There is 1 crate on the Low Table. There is 1 crate in front of the Low Table. Next to the Low Table stand 1 Crate. There is 1 crate in front of the Low wall. Behind the Low Wall a stack of 3 Crates. Behind the Stack of 3 Crates there is 1 crate against the rear wall and this crate is therefore right under the hole at the top of the rear wall.

George has to get 2 of the other Crates on top of this one Crate so that there is a stack of 3 Crates against the back wall, right below the hole. Now let's first number the crates. We do this from the back wall to the crate which is on top of the Low Table, as follows:

The Crates that stands against the back wall under the wall hole is Crate 1. The top crate of the pile of 3 Crates, is Crate 2. The Crate that is in front of the Low Wall is Crate 3. The Crate that stands next to the Low Table is Crate 4. The Crate standing in front of the Low Table is Crate 5. The Crate standing on the Low Table is Crate 6

We are now going to pull, push and slide with the crates. As follows:

Walk to Crate 1 (that is the Crate that is right under the hole against the rear wall). Pull Crate 1, with 3 plus Up, 1 time back.

Then stand on the right side of Crate 1 and pull it, with 3 plus Right, back 1 time.

Crate 1 is now on the right next to the stack of 3 crates. Now stand in front of Crate 3, so with George back to you and with the Low Wall to the left of George. Push crate 3, with 3 plus Up, 1 time forward. Stand between crate 3 and crate 5. Turn around to Crate 3. Push Crate 3, with 3 plus Left, 1 time forward against Crate 1.

Turn around George and face crate 5. Pull back Crate 5, with 3 plus Left, 1 time. Crate 5 is now directly under Crate 6 which is on the Low Table.

Walk to Crate 4. Stand in front of Crate 4, with George back to you. Pull back Crate 4, with 3 plus Down, 2 times.

Stand on the left side of crate and pull it back, with 3 plus Left, 2 times.

Crate 4 now stands in front of Crate 5. Climb on Crate 4 and walk across  Crate 5 to Crate 6. Pull Crate 6, with 3 plus Down, backwards once onto Crate 5.

Crate 6 is now on crate 5 next to the Low Table and George himself is on crate 4

Jump off to the right from crate 4 and then turn George over to crate 4. Push crate 4, with 3 plus Left, 1 time forward until the Low Wall.

Stand in front of Crate 4, so again with George back to you. Push crate 4, with 3 plus Up, 1 time forward

Climb onto Crate 4 and turn George clockwise to Crate 6. Crate 6 therefore stands on Crate 5. Pull Crate 6, with 3 plus Left, backwards once onto Crate 4. George then stands on Crate 3. Climb over Crate 6 to Crate 4. Turn George over to Crate 6 and push Crate 6, with 3 plus Left, 2 times forward and Crate 6 is on the last crate of this row

From the Low table to the back wall, you now have a row of 4 Crates in a row and on the last Crate of the row stands another Crate. I can now very well imagine that you no longer have an overview of the numbers of these 5 boxes. So let's renumber these 5 boxes. We do that from the Low Table and then to the left. The Crate that now stands at the Low Table is now Crate 1. Then you get Crate 2, then Crate 3, and then Crate 4. Crate 4 is therefore the Upper Crate of the pile of 2 Crates. We will continue to shift these 4 boxes.

So George is now on crate 3. Turn George Up and walk of crate 3. George is then on the left side of the high table.

Turn George over to Crate 3. Pull Crate 3, with 3 plus Up, 1 time back. Then stand on the left side of Crate 3.

Pull Crate 3 again, with 1 plus Left, 1 time back. Stand on the right side of Crate3. Push Crate 3, with 3 plus Left, 1 time forward. Crate3 is now against the rear wall. Stand behind Crate 3, so under the wall lamp and with George's face facing you. Then push Crate 3, with 3 plus Down 2 times forward.

Crate 3 now stands behind the stack of 3 Crates against the rear wall and directly under the wall hole. Crate 1 and 2 are still next to the High and the Low Table, so the right Crate is Crate 1 and the left Crate is Crate 2. So now walk to Crate 2. Climb on Crate 2 an walk of it on the other side Turn George to Crate 2 and pull the crate, with 3 plus Down, backward 1 time. Crate2 is now against the Low Wall

Go to the right side of Crate 1 and push Crate 1, with 3 plus Left, 2 times forward until the stack of 2 Crates. The Upper Crate of this stack is therefore Crate 4. Climb on Crate 1. Then turn George Up and walk from Crate 1. George is now again to the left of the High Table. Turn George over to Crate 1. Pull Crate 1, with 3 plus Up, 1 time back.

Stand on the left side of Crate 1 and pull it, with 3 plus Left, backward 1 time. Stand on the right side of Crate 1 and push it, with 3 plus Left, 1 time forward against the rear wall. Stand behind Crate 1, under the wall lamp and, push it, with 3 plus Down, forward to crate 3. Crate 1 is now behind the stack of 2 Crates of which the Upper Crate is Crate 4

You're almost there now. Stand on the right against the stack of 2 crates. Push the Upper Crate (Crate 4), with 3 plus Left, forward to Crate 1. You now have a stack of 2 Crates against the back wall. Stand behind this pile and then push the Upper Crate (Crate 4), with 3 plus Down, forward to Crate 3 (that is the Crate that is right under the wall hole behind the stack of 3 Crates). So now you have a stack of 2 crates right under the wall hole and this stack is therefore right behind the stack of 3 crates

So there must still be 1 crate placed on top of the stack of 2 crates, and that must be the top crate of the stack of 3. So walk to the crate that now stands in front of the Low wall. Climb on this Crate and then climb onto the low wall and then push the Upper Crate, with 3 plus Left, forward on top of the stack of 2 crates. You now have a Stack of 3 Crates right under the wall hole.

Climb on the top Crate and then climb through the wall hole and.......

George calls Nico to follow him.

Nico also climbs through the wall hole and together George and Nico run through the rain. We then meet Petra.....

Nico calls out that she will deal with Petra and that George should get  busy with Mr. Grand Master.

George runs on and we come to the Grand Master. Grand Master thinks that he can simply absorb the Dragon Energy and then continue to live happily ever after.

The Grand Master has never been a handsome boy, but now he is turning into a monster.

The Dragon Energy causes an earthquake. Everything collapses.

The ground splits open and George falls down through a crack and ends up in the:

 Temple of King Arthur:

George has landed deep underground in a large circular space. George is standing on a small round platform. In front of George you see the large round platform and there is an altar on it. The legendary King Arthur is located on that altar. With Up, walk forward and down the stair bridge to the altar. In 4 you get the eye. Look at King Arthur with 4.

On the right you see a small round platform and on it you see a large stone. In the stone sticks Arthur's legendary sword, Excalibur. Walk to the right until you are standing with the sword. Look at the stone with 4. George tells you that there is an opening in the stone and that this opening has the shape of the "Key of Solomon". Open your inventory and select the "Key of Solomon" and then press 3.

George places the "Key of Solomon in the hole of the stone and you can see the Earth Energy flowing into the sword.

Walk around to the back of the stone and stand in front of the sword again. Press 3 andů

George grabs the sword from the stone and lifts the sword and we end up in it:

THE END GAME:

Well, isn't that a nice little dragon. It goes fast, so pay attention.

Behind George, Nico and Petra are fighting, but you don't see that now.

The Dragon spits his first fireballs at George. Quickly, run to the right to dodge this first blast of fire.

The first fireball shot will not hit George but it hits Nico and Petra and we think Nico it has killed Nico

Quickly, dodge the next shot of fire from the Dragon and run on to the two large stones on the bank of the river, so on the right.

Hide behind these two stones. Probably the dragon has now spit his fireballs at George three times.

I'm going to explain it to you now:

The dragon spits out 3 series of fireballs one after the other. After every third series of fireballs, Dragon has to catch his breath for a while and then the beast stop spitting fireballs for a few seconds. While you have George behind the two big stones you are going to provoke Dragon to spit fireballs towards George.

You do this by stepping out of the save cover of the two stones and then quickly step behind the stones as soon as the dragon spit a fireball at George

When you in this way have made the dragon to spit 2 Fireballs again at George, then you run out of cover and towards the dragon.

However, quickly go back into cover behind the stones 2 .....

The dragon can probably no longer spit fireballs, so RUN to wall 3 and .....

if the Dragon is still catching breath then you immediately run on to the Dragon ......

However, if the Dragon starts spitting fireballs again, you quickly go into cover behind wall 4 and wait there until the Dragon stands up again ......

Then run to the dragon and stand right in front of him, between his front legs. In 3 of the Action menu you get the SWORD SYMBOL......

SO PRESS 3 ANDů ..

Watch the ENDING

George hacks into the Dragon with Excalibur and beats the dragon.

The Dragon "petrifies" and splashes into bits and pieces ....

Nico appears not to have been killed by the first series of fireballs....... Petra was hit by it.

Petra is nowhere to be found. She disappeared. George throws the Sword in the river and this is it:

THE END

Don't exit the game yet. Wait patiently until the Credits are over. The following message will appear on your screen:

"Congratulations on completing the game. You have unlocked a number of special features"

So press your Enter Key. You will be asked if you want to save the game. Choose Yes and save the game. You will then return to the main menu screen. Select the "Extras Gallery" here and press Enter. In this Extras Gallery you now have the "Concept Art Gallery" available. Select this and press enter and you can now view a bunch of photos, sketches and drawings made for this game. You do this via your arrow keys.......It's a pretty lame reward for all your hard work that you had to do to finish this game.

But there's one piece of consolation / advice I can give you here and now........Broken Sword 4 The Angel of Death (A.K Secrets of the Ark)  is much worst, so if you had trouble with the controls of Broken Sword 3 The Sleeping Dragon then my advice to you is to not burn your hand on Broken Sword 4. I did made a Dutch walkthrough for Broken Sword 4, years ago, but I do not have this walkthrough anymore, as I also do not have that game anymore
