Information about this site, the walkthroughs and who I aim

This is a private site, private in the sense that there is no organization / company behind this site and the walkthroughs are free for everyone to use. I pay the costs entirely out of my own pocket and do not ask you for a contribution. This site also does not ask you to login with passwords and such nonsense and does not follow you with trackers.  So you are completely anonymous to me when you visit this site

You will not find me, or Dick Leeuw, on any of the so-called Social Media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Tiktok ore any other of those pesky anti-social mediums. You also will not see me on any forum sites. So if you feel the need to contact me, or Dick Leeuw, then you can only do this by sent us a email, I know...it's old fashion

You may use my walkthroughs freely for your own use, but you're not allowed to translate the walkthroughs into your own language and you are not allowed to post the walkthroughs on your own website or to send them for publishing to any other websites, without first asking and receiving my permission.

I'm Louis Koot and I'm the owner of this site an its domain: www.pcgameswalkthroughs.nl. Currently my age is 68 and I'm playing computer games and making walkthroughs for them for about 30 years now. My very first game that I played on a computer was The 11th Hour followed by The 7th Guest.........That was on my very first computer that we bought just after Windows 95 was released, so that was in the year 1995

Through a newspaper article in a local Dutch newspaper, back in 1997, about computer games  I got in touch with Bert Jamin, who then already had started his website www.gamesover.com . Bert was very interested in putting my game walkthroughs on his site and so I sent them to him. Sadly Bert has died a couple of years later.  After a couple of years I started my own site with url www.louiskoot.nl, but that site is long gone now.  From 2017 I have started this site with url www.pcgameswalkthroughs.nl

I'm Dutch and live in the Netherlands, Europe. 68 years ago I was born in Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands

Our western border is the Nort Sea and our big eastern neighbour is Germany and our south border is with Belgium

The Netherlands is one of the 6 original founders of the E.E.G, the predecessor of the European Union

I was born in Amsterdam in 1954 but now I live in the city of Almere, in the province of Flevoland for the last 32 years.

For centuries Flevoland was part of the Zuiderzee (South Sea) that became the IJsselmeer after the completion of the Afsluitdijk (Dike) in 1932. In the 2nd half of the 20th century part of the Ijselmeer  was drained into a polder and that has become Flevoland with the cities of Lelystad and Almere. So Almere and Lelystad are build on what once was the bottom of a sea

I used to write my walkthroughs in the Dutch language but decided to switch from Dutch to English a few years back, mainly to reach more gamers from all over the world with my walkthroughs. So English isn't my native language but I do my best to write in English without to many mistakes, but there will undoubtedly be spelling and grammatical errors in my English texts. I'm not going to apologize for that

If you have any trouble with opening up any of the walkthroughs, please report it to  Louis Koot  and not to Dick Leeuw because Dick doesn't have access to the site's properties.  Louis is the webmaster of this site, but of course you can always email Dick if you want to express your appreciation for his contributions to the walkthroughs and this site

This site is not made for viewing on a smart phone or tablet screen, but for the large PC screen. I don't have the knowledge and neither the software to adapt the site for smart phone and tablet screens. As the domain name of this site says.....I only play and do walkthroughs for PC GAMES, I don't play games on X-box or Play station or on Smart Phones and Tablets. I also do not have a Laptop computer but instead I have 2 state of the art PERSONAL COMPUTERS with  large Flat screens. One computer has Windows 10 and the other has Windows 8.1. So all my walkthroughs are done for the PC versions of the games.

If you always want to see the latest Updated version of this site and the walkthroughs then PLEASE clear the case History of your browser. Otherwise you'll see a previous version of the site and not the latest updated version with new content. Read in your browser's instructions how to clear your browser's history. There are so many different browsers in use that I can't tell you how to clear browser history in each of them

The walkthroughs are written while we play the games and are therefore a representation of how Dick Leeuw and I have played the games. If you discover disturbing errors in our walkthroughs, we would like to hear from you. You can sent us an email about it. But please mention where in a walkthrough you think you have discovered the error, that makes it easier for us to look it up in the walkthrough, to jog our memory about the game.

So when you contact us about errors in our walkthroughs, please state which walkthrough it concerns and where in the walkthrough you find the error, ( witch chapter) otherwise we can't help you further. However, an alleged error in a solution of a puzzle does not always have to be a mistake on our part. It is of course possible that you have a later version of a game than at the time we made our walkthrough and so it is very possible that some things in your game can be different than stated in the walkthrough. And off course in some games  some things are completely randomly generated and therefore the solution we provide in our walkthrough could be different then in your game
